Calling all bloggers

So I got a new background from this website "thecutestblogontheblock.com" I followed the directions and it loaded. I like it, but part of my old templet didn't go away! So it just looks bad. Anyone know how to get the dark blue part to go away so my text is directly on the background? I tried, but now I have lost patience. So let me know if you do.

P.S. I wish I could take a nap right now, but I am at work.

You have to change your template to Minima first.
