So one of my pitfalls is self-pity. Right now I am unsatisfied, not with my marriage, but other things. I want an amazing job that I love and pays well... I know that is a lot to ask for, well at least at the point in my life. So I have been struggling with that. Also, Zach and I live with his grandparents right now. It is not bad, really it's not, but I just long for our own place, so it is hard to wait for that right now. Lastly, I don't have a car. Zach has his truck and it is a stick shift, so I can't drive it. I could learn how to drive it, but it would take a lot of time and energy, plus people are crazy drivers around here. I get nervous driving an automatic, let alone a stick shift. http://www.health-in-action.org/node/310
So these things added up last week! I had my moment of breakdown. To make things harder, my 16 year old sister got a 2006 Mustang. That's a pretty nice car for a 16 year old, and a 23 year old for the matter. I am a little jealous of that, but it's ok. I am happy for her. I was looking at pictures of the car on facebook along with her captions. She is funny, and it was clear how excited she was. She said she cried when she got it. It made me happy that she was thankful. I do love my sister and want her to be happy. She is an amazing girl and deserves good things in life. Hopefully this will make life as a teenage just a little bit easier. We all remember the challenges!
So here are some things I am thankful for in my life right now:
1. My husband (I love him and spending time with him!)
2. My family
3. Saving over $1000 a month on rent and food (yes, a 1 bedroom apartment around here goes for over $1000 a month!)
4. Having a job when so many are looking for one
5. Having a beautiful wedding this summer
6. Our young-married group that meets every week (God is helping us make new friends with people who are dealing with some of the same things as us)
I am blessed.

It will come little cuz. It's all a journey and you're just in the beginning of yours.
Enjoy it.
Before long it will be so complicated and hard and stressful.
Not all in a bad way, just in a different way.
That is rough when you are not satisfied with your job. You'll find something, just keep striving for that goal. My mom always reminded me that a job is just a job, respect it, but treat it as such! It's a way to pay bills, and then if you actually find one you love, you are even luckier!
You do have a lot to be grateful for, I liked your list....that is a good thing to do, to list those things when you are feeling down!
